Background of the Program

In response to the growing concern over moral decay and spiritual emptiness among young people, PLATFORM for the NEEDY (PLANE) initiated a school-based gospel outreach initiative aimed at restoring biblical values and nurturing spiritual growth. Recognizing that schools are pivotal environments for shaping character and worldview, PLANE designed this program to reach children and adolescents during their formative years.

The initiative was born out of a deep conviction that the Word of God holds transformative power—not only to guide personal behavior but also to inspire hope, purpose, and resilience. Through structured gospel teachings, interactive sessions, and mentorship, the program seeks to counter negative influences such as peer pressure, substance abuse, and violence, which have increasingly infiltrated youth culture.

By mobilizing trained facilitators, partnering with school administrations, and engaging local faith leaders, PLANE aims to build a generation of spiritually grounded, morally upright, and socially responsible young people who will positively impact their communities and nation.
